Some time early this summer, my garden will be featured in an Edible Landscaping segment of HGTV’s Gardening by the Yard.

Writing

My main project for now is to finish the manuscript for the Complete Book of Edible Landscaping. I’ve turned in the manuscript for about 2/3 of the book so far: The Encyclopedia and the back matter. Chapters 7 and 8 to go.

Landscaping Projects

January through March:

I have been asked to design and oversee an edible garden at Powell Gardens in Kansas City, MO. This garden is a part of the new Heartland Garden that will feature a number of demonstration edible gardens, visitors center, a number of fruit tree walks, a French parterre, and a chef’s outdoor teaching kitchen.

February through April:

I will design an heirloom vegetable Garden at the New York Botanical Garden which will be part of their Edible Garden: A Summer Exhibition. This section of the garden will be labeled the Seed Saver’s Heirloom Vegetable Garden.

The Creasy garden is to be featured in Sunset Magazine in their April issue on edible gardening.

The Creasy garden is to be featured in the spring issue of GRIT Magazine.

An interview with me, plus photos of the garden will be featured in Relish magazine this summer.
